Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting lockdown in Germany, the US company’s stores had Apple closed for a long time. Since February 15th the doors are open again – but you will only receive limited service.
As Apple writes on its website, you can again make an appointment for the Genius Bar to have defective devices replaced or repaired by Apple. You can also pick up orders placed online in the store at an agreed date.
