The colleagues from Golem.de reported today about the Amazon Alexa Heimüberwachung and have to test again here. Golem writes that there will be no home surveillance for the Echo Spot. The message is unfortunately wrong or has not been tested with the correct firmware.
Has Golem.de tested with an old firmware?

The table in the article linked above therefore remains valid. All devices currently on the German market support the new monitoring function!
