With Volume 6, HONOR has presented its new smartband. This is the last product under the HONOR brand that was developed together with Huawei.
HONOR introduces new smartband
The smartband has a 1.47-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 194 x 368 pixels that is attached to silicone wristbands. With a fully charged battery, the wearable should last up to 14 days.
The HONOR Band 6 offers heart rate monitoring through optical sensors and an AI algorithm with alarms in the event of abnormal heart rate as well as SpO2 monitoring, stress level measurement and breathing exercises. The sleep can be recorded by the tape including sleep behavior and can show a personalized assessment and suggestions for sleep quality.
With regard to the sporty component, the HONOR Band 6 offers 10 pre-installed training modes such as running indoor and outdoor, walking indoor and outdoor and cycling indoor and outdoor. The tape is waterproof up to 50 meters and can be used for swimming in the hall (including SWOLF score and swimming stroke rate recording).
In addition, the smartband offers the control of music playback, notifications of incoming calls or messages, weather forecasts, alarms, a function to find the phone and a large selection of watch faces as additional functions.
A full battery charge should last up to 14 days with typical use or 10 days with intensive use.
The wearable is available in the colors Meteorite Black, Sandstone Gray and Coral Pink in Germany from April 30, 2021 at an RRP of 49.90 euros.
