Xiaomi also presented the new Xiaomi Mijia Pro vacuum robot at an event. This comes with 3D recognition and X-CrossAI.
Xiaomi Mijia Pro was presented
Xiaomi would like to get started again in the vacuum robot market and has presented the Xiaomi Mijia Pro, a new model with a combination of LDS, ToF sensor and 3D recognition. With its dual camera and the X-CrossAI, it should be able, like the Roborock S6 MaxV, to recognize obstacles such as cables, shoes or chair legs from the competition and to avoid them when navigating.
Carpet recognition and automatic room naming
Other features of the Mijia Pro are also interesting to read. The vacuum robot should even be able to recognize carpets with its camera and leave it out when the wiping function is active. In addition, he should also use his AI to recognize what kind of room he is in and to automatically name it after the furniture. For example, if he recognizes a bed, the room is marked as a bedroom.
The technical data of the Mijia Pro is also impressive. It should have a suction power of 4,000 Pascal and a 5,200 mAh battery. It is not yet known when the new Xiaomi vacuum robot will be available in this country. In terms of price, it will probably level off between 400 and 500 euros.
