WhatsApp is testing a new feature that will allow you to listen to voice messages before sending them to your contacts.
If you resort to strange tricks to review the audios you record on WhatsApp before sending it, you will be interested in knowing the new dynamics that will be implemented in the app.
New function to review the audios in WhatsApp before sending it
One of the last options that WhatsApp has added to its app is the possibility of change the speed of the audios. A practical option if your friends fill you with voice messages that last forever. But it is not the only function designed for audios that WhatsApp plans to implement in its application.
As mentioned in WABetaInfo, the beta version of WhatsApp lets you see a function that allows you to review oz messages before sending them to contacts. So once you record the audio, you will have the ability to listen to it. The dynamics is very simple. Once you start recording the audio, you just have to lock it by sliding the icon up, and you will see that a new option “Review” appears.
So if you want to check that the audio is heard well, that you have not forgotten anything to say or that the neighbor’s screams are not as background sound in your voice message, you can use this “Check” option. On the other hand, if the audio is not sent automatically when you finish recording it, it will give you the option to check if you are sending it to the correct contact. And of course, it will save you from having to resort to complicated tricks.
And if for some reason you don’t want to send it, then you will have the option to delete it. At the moment, this option is being tested, so we will have to wait to see how it works in the stable version of WhatsApp on iOS and Android.
