An update has been released for the S2 software from Sonos, which includes the volume control for the height channels.
Sonos S2 software receives major update
Sonos has given its app a new update, which also brings improvements and new functions for the hardware. Sonos Arc users can now adjust the volume of the height channels in the app. With this setting, each user can now decide for himself how pronounced the overhead channel should be in a Dolby Atmos mix. Previously, this setting was made automatically by the Trueplay function.
The update also brings support for the WPA3 security standard for Sonos Amp, Arc and Beam. In addition, the new Sonos Roam should now have a significantly better battery life if you leave the Google Assistant on in standby mode.
