Honor announced on its official channel what chip they are launching their upper-medium mobile phone with.
For a long time, it was questionable whether Qualcomm could be a system chip at all future Honor mobiles, but we can finally make the twitter confirmation completely official: the next Honor series will arrive with the Snapdragon system chip. The specific type is perhaps one less important within that, it is certain that the Snapdragon 778G they will mention will be loaded into the plain Honor 50, and if we can believe the previous rumors, the top mobile could get the 888.

The interestingly designed dual-ring mobile phones are said to come with a 6.79-inch AMOLED display, 120 Hz refresh rate display, 50-megapixel main camera, and telephoto (or periscope for the Pro) camera in addition to wide-angle and normal mobile viewing angles. Honor has not given a date for the devices expected for June, but the Stay Tuned prompt suggests that we can really expect the products for the near future.
