The IQOO Neo5 Lite wasn’t so restrained, it only saved a little bit here and there compared to the base model, but not on the chipset.
IQOO unveiled the Neo5 in March, which has now come on stage with a Lite version, but luckily they didn’t save on performance, nor is it clearly a victim that the AMOLED panel was replaced with an LCD. Many people prefer IPS technology, so Neo5 Lite can be an alternative, and the image refresh rate has been increased to 144 Hz, keeping the FHD + resolution with a slightly smaller diagonal (6.57 “instead of 6.62”).
The battery is also slightly larger at 4500 mAh. in turn, the charging power just 44 watts, and the camera system also took it back from the megapixels. The 48-megapixel main unit remained, while the ultra-wide one was reduced to 8 megapixels, retaining the 2-megapixel macro and depth sensor.
The 5G data connection, stereo speakers, 3.5mm jack and NFC are still worth a red dot, and there is no shortage of system memory or UFS 3.1 internal storage. Optional 8GB / 128GB solution for 102 thousand yuan, 8/256 GB for 110 thousand yuan and 12/256 GB version for local money equivalent to 119 thousand forints. Vivo is already officially present in the surrounding countries, and we hope that the manufacturer’s devices will soon be an alternative in Hungary as well.
