Nintendo has thought big for Pikachu worshipers, who will not know where to turn with all these new features.
It’s no secret that the franchise Pokémon celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. For the occasion, we already know that a musical album will be released by this fall, including a song by Katy Perry titled “Electric”. However, if you are not a fan of music but more of fashion, then Nintendo has just pulled a new surprise up its sleeve. An exclusive clothing collection has just appeared in the boutique Galeries Lafayette des Champs-Elysées in Paris. Even the latter had the right to a rather… electric makeover. From the exterior facade to the interior decoration, everything suggests that the pokemon invasion started here. The highlight of the show is obviously the huge pokeball in the middle of the entrance.
The clothing collection includes five short-sleeved t-shirts, three sweatshirts, a hoodie, two tote bags and a bob. Unfortunately, although this may be a collaboration with Pokémon, the only creature present in the collection is none other than Pikachu. We can say that it is not very diverse. Never mind, fans of the franchise will dress in yellow this summer. Collection will remain in store June 8 to July 6 next.
Pastry lovers have also not been put aside since in Galeries Lafayette is sold a box of Melove Cakes, specially revisited by Maison Pierre Marcolini. They are marketed in an exclusive sheath on which ” Pikachu left his footprints “. As for the flavors, you will find Melove Cakes with Madagascar vanilla, praline, coffee, Iranian pistachio, raspberry, yuzu, passion fruit and chocolate. Something to satisfy everyone!
