The Star Wars universe offers itself a foray into the horror side, well almost. LEGO Star Wars will explore almost terrifying stories.
For Halloween, the Star Wars saga will revisit the classics of the horror genre in a LEGO series. Next October, the franchise is going to make us shiver (and laugh) with intergalactic and timeless legends. Baptized LEGO Star Wars : Terrifying Tales, this animated production will be broadcast from October 1 on Disney+. The first trailer, shared by the platform on YouTube, reveals the program of the celebrations.
It will essentially be re-readings of the plots of the saga, as with the story of Luke Skywalker. Instead of becoming the hero of the galaxy, the young boy will join the Imperial troops and be trained by Darth Vader himself. As he discovers a strange isolated building, Poe Dameron meets Lord Palpatine who will tell him the most frightening stories in the Galaxy. We should thus find Ben Solo before he becomes Kylo Ren, Darth Maul and even General Grievous. On the other hand, no sign of Leïa Organa or Han Solo in these first images.
What to wait until The Book of Boba Fett
This new adventure, which is aimed at both small and big Star Wars fans, is the perfect opportunity to find the universe and wait until the next release of The Book of Boba Fett. The series, which will focus on the character reappeared in The Mandalorian, is due out on our screens next December. Disney + hasn’t shared any images so far, but it won’t be long. With less than 4 months of its release, the series will undoubtedly be the subject of several promotional videos, in the coming weeks no doubt.
See you on Disney + from October 1 to find out LEGO Star Wars: Terrifying Stories.
