Android Auto is an infotainment system for your car. Not only can you use the system to navigate, you can also listen to music, make phone calls or receive messages. So you will never get bored on short and long car journeys. I have already reported on the differences between Android Auto and Android Automotive. Those who do not yet know the differences are welcome to do so here read. But now a new version of Android Auto has been released.
New version of Android Auto available as beta!
At Google you wait for updates sometimes shorter but sometimes longer. The latest version of Android Auto is now available for download as a beta. The new beta version 6.9 does not seem to be running smoothly yet. Some users already report faulty functions that previously worked. Like replying to messages. With Android Auto you can send messages by voice command. While listening to the messages should work as usual. Now the exciting question arises as to what changes the new version of Android Auto will bring with it. Unfortunately I have to disappoint you here. At first glance, there is no noticeable change. So it could also be about system stabilization. Should you discover new functions, please let me know in the comments 🙂
