The first images of God of War Ragnarok as well as Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 are among the biggest surprises of this conference.
This summer, while the video game events followed one another and the announcements rocketed, Sony remained rather discreet about the plans of PlayStation and its first-party studios. This is why the publisher and manufacturer held a special conference this Thursday, September 9, to unveil many trailers and new information on many upcoming titles. Here is the full list of games that have been covered.
Gran Turismo 7
The seventh installment of the famous racing franchise has offered a trailer with great fanfare to unveil its release date (finally) scheduled for March 4, 2022 on PS4 and PS5. On his blog post, Sony details all the new features that will be present in the game.
God of War Ragnarok
After a teaser simply showing its logo, and unveiled almost a year ago, God of War Ragnarok is finally shown in video and his first images are simply sublime. We can already expect a visual quality worthy of the last opus released in 2018 as well as an engaging plot as we like them.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
Big surprise of this conference, the first images of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 were unveiled and besides the simultaneous presence of Spider-Man and Miles Morales, we discover that this opus will sign the arrival of Venom as a new opponent. The title will only be released on PS5 in 2023.
Another title developed by Insomniac Games, Sony announced the game Marvel’s Wolverine which is shaping up to be a new successful franchise. We only get a simple teaser to make our mouth water before the game hits PS5 on an unknown date.
Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection
This is a collection of titles Uncharted 4 : A Thief’s End and The Lost Legacy which will be released in a remastered version on PS5 in early 2022, and on PC shortly after on PC.
Tchia is an adventure game inspired by New Caledonia in which you must explore and interact with your environment to discover its secrets. It will be released on in 2022 on PS4, PS5 and PC.
Before its release on September 14th exclusively on PS5, Deathloop has offered itself a final trailer dedicated to the narrative framework of the title. Also discover its latest secrets in our file devoted to the game.
Le free-to-play vampirique Bloodhunt offers a release window on PS5 in 2021 with an optimized next-gen version in the wake. For the moment no date has been specified, we will therefore have to wait for news from Sony.
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy
Also expected soon, the title Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy reveals its plot in a video presentation. The Eidos Montreal game will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S and PC on October 26th.

GTA V et GTA Online

Another big license, Alan Wake will land on consoles in a remastered version from October 5. Sony is careful to point out that the character modeling has been completely reworked for greater visual quality.
Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction
Since E3 2021, news on Rainbow Six Extraction have become rare. With this video presentation of the story, we learn a little more about the narrative framework that leads the players to this situation of rather hopeless cooperation. The game is expected for January 2022 on consoles and PC.

Since its announcement in 2019, the game Project Eve was very discreet and above all much desired. Sony therefore closed its conference with an unpublished trailer of the title which will be released on PS5 at an undetermined date.
