Used car portal: Renault joins Heycar

Renault is getting involved in the German used car portal Heycar, as the French car company announced. Renault is therefore acquiring shares in Mobility Trader Holding GmbH (Heycar Group) through a capital contribution. The automaker did not provide any information about the level of participation.

With Renault’s entry, Heycar has the opportunity to expand further in Europe. The startup based in Berlin was founded in 2017. The car manufacturer Daimler and the insurance group Allianz are already involved in the company. (os)
