Apple introduces perfect new iPad for students

Apple presented a new iPad last night, the most popular ever.

The appointment had been made for days. Apple had set the date of September 14 its big comeback on the front of the stage. After a rather calm summer for the Apple, which would have gone well without a few controversies, Tim Cook and all his teams have returned to center stage for the usual back-to-school keynote.

While everyone expected the latter either turned to the iPhone 13, which was the case in a second step, Apple took the rumors by surprise, starting by presenting a 9th generation iPad. Large at 10.2 inches, this new iPad described by Apple as most popular apple brand tablet doesn’t really change its look compared to the eighth generation released a year earlier.

An iPad with A13 Bionic and 12 MP on the front

But ultimately it is inside that this tablet reveals its novelties. First of all with the A13 Bionic chip, which was previously found on the iPhone 11 and its various variations. Powerful, this chip is capable of giving 20 times more performance than the older generation of iPad, and according to Apple, the all-new tablet is three times faster than the most popular Chromebook. It would far exceed the performance of the best-selling Android tablet.

On the photo side too, Apple has revised its figures upwards on this new iPad. The apple brand has not been deprived of it and integrates a brand new camera on the front of the tablet. No less than 12 MP, but above all the arrival of “Center Stage” a software functionality that automatically centers the people present in a video call. With a field of up to 122 degrees, the sensor can shoot ultra-wide angles, such as much narrower videos around a subject, all automatically.

An iPad always at a low price

Designed primarily for students, this new Apple tablet is compatible with various Keyboard models, both Apple’s proprietary models and those built by third-party companies. This iPad is also the first in its class to support Apple Pencil, Apple’s stylus originally designed for the iPad Pro. It is important to note on this point that only the first generation of Apple Pencil is compatible with the new Apple tablet.

On the price side, Apple continues to target students with this product which starts at 389 €. Pre-orders are open today and Apple is announcing a start of deliveries for Friday, September 24.
