When it comes to Sennheiser, it’s high-quality audio products that we think about. And so promise to be the Bluetooth headsets now released, which go by the name of Sennheiser CX Plus TWS.
Sennheiser CX Plus TWS arrives with active noise cancellation
These new headphones promise to be a cheaper alternative to Apple’s AirPods Pro or the Sony WF-1000XM4. They are the first headphones in the CX series with active noise cancellation (ANC).
They obviously have an ambient mode, which allows you to clearly hear what is going on around you. They promise high quality audio thanks to their “audiophile technology”.
In terms of codecs, this is also a very well equipped product. You can count on SBC, AAC, AptX and AptX Adaptive. As you would expect, you can customize the sound in the app’s equalizer that accompanies them.
Sennheiser CX Plus TWS are IPX4 certified
A product in this category could not lack touch controls, giving you the opportunity to control audio, calls or virtual assistant. An important detail is the IPX4 certification, which makes them resistant (and not waterproof) to water jets. Thanks to the motion sensor, they pause the music when you take them out. Also, each headset can work independently.
When it comes to autonomy, Sennheiser is not very enlightening. It only reveals that these will give you 24 hours of use, combining earphones and charging case.
According to what has been revealed, they will be available for purchase from September 28th. The advertised price is £129.99 in the UK and $179.95 in the US. Its official price in the rest of Europe is not yet known. Certain is that they will cost much less than the rivals AirPods Pro, whose price is 279.99 euros in Portugal.
