You can now use them directly via the Xbox application on PC, after availability on smartphone.
On September 14, Microsoft announced that some of its services are now officially supported by the Xbox app on PC. It’s about xCloud, which has been renamed Xbox Cloud Gaming, and the functionality Xbox Remote Play. Before that date, these two services were available on smartphones and PCs. but only in beta for members of the Xbox Insider program.
Now, they are available to all Xbox players who have at least a Windows 10 PC. The cloud is available to all members of the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and gives you access to all the games in the Xbox Game Pass catalog, with many games supporting touch controls.
The Xbox Remote Play feature is available to all players on Xbox One or Xbox Series X / S. This allows you to be able to play your games already installed on your console from your PC. Microsoft also announced that it has added some improvements, such as a more stable gaming experience and the ability to play at 1080p and up to 60 fps.
As a reminder, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a subscription available at € 12.99 per month which gives you access to the cloud, Xbox Live Gold and the EA Play games library, in addition to the Xbox Game Pass catalog.
