Engos smart sunglasses, which are intended to help athletes in particular with their performance, are coming across the pond to Europe.
Smart sunglasses from Engo show heart rate, distance, time and much more
Engo has launched sunglasses in America that, with their smart functions, are aimed in particular at cyclists, runners, triathletes and other athletes who want to improve their performance. The glasses can be connected to various devices via Bluetooth and then show various parameters such as heart rate, time or distance on the glass of the wearable. As with a head-up display on various cars, you can use it to view the important information without having to look at your smartphone or watch. This is not only more comfortable, but also ensures more safety because you can always pay attention to the way.
The Engo 1 weighs just 42 grams and, according to the manufacturer, lasts up to 12 hours before you have to recharge it. In addition to iOS and Android, the sunglasses are also compatible with Garmin IQ Connect. It offers 100 percent UV protection and is operated via gesture control.
The frame is available in blue, black and light blue and the glasses are always black. The Engo 1 can now be ordered for just under € 424 each.
