The Realme GT 2 Pro is also official

Paper-like design, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, 150-degree viewing angle on the curiosity list.

After the festive break, the gadget market kicked in the door with two feet, and in parallel with CES in Las Vegas, Realme also made a big announcement: it has now fully officially introduced itself. GT 2 family, after a semi-official and all-inclusive campaign. Although the smooth GT 2 remained on the Snapdragon 888, the Pro variation, on the other hand, doesn’t really save with 4nm hardware, for which an LPDDR5 RAM / UFS 3.1 storage configuration can be selected from 8/128 GB (3900 yuan, 197 thousand forints) to 12/512 GB (5000 yuan, 253 one thousand forints).

These are not dangerous prices, but it is worth noting that the price range of domestic products is more favorable in China anyway, and it may not even be this year’s top offer from Realme, as the telephoto camera is missing from the back. Not that the rest will save: the 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 is expected to shoot great photos and videos in up to 8K (1 / 1.56 “, f / 1.8 aperture, 23.6mm, OIS) and not just any nor is the 50-megapixel ultra-wide unit with a 150-degree viewing angle (f / 2.2).

The 15mm focal length (35mm equivalent) is interesting to say – we’re looking forward to actually how much the angle of view is wide. In any case, the third member is a macro lens capable of magnifying twenty times, according to Realme’s metrics, and it is telling in terms of expected quality that Realme does not even mention the resolution.

On this side, the design, which reflects the imprint and signature of Naoto Fukusawa’s hand, is dominated by a bio-based polymer with a paper-like feel, and fortunately the camera island doesn’t stand out too much. Not all editions are like this anyway: black and blue have got a different texture.

On the other side, a 6.7 “Samsung LTPO AMOLED panel with 1440 x 3216 pixels, adaptive image refresh rate from 1-120 Hz, 1400 bit brightness, 10-bit color depth and 1000 Hz touch detection. reader and a 32 megapixel self – contained camera (Sony IMX615, f / 2.4, 80.6 degree viewing angle) covered with Gorilla Glass Victus glass.

It has a dual nanoSIM socket with dual 5G capabilities, a multi-channel WiFi 6 modem and GPS, and a Bluetooth 5.2 and Type-C USB port that charges 65 watts of the dual-battery 5000 mAh battery from 0 to 100% – in 33 minutes. No need to give up NFC or stereo speakers, or an adapter, cable, transparencies, needle or case in the box, and Realme GT 2 Pro runs Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12. If information about domestic availability appears, we will definitely let you know that, after all, it is expected that one of the best offers of last year will be available in Hungary.
