Urus has over 8,000 cars sold

2021 was a year of ups and downs for the automotive market, but there is a brand that can celebrate without reservations: Lamborghini has delivered 8,405 cars globally, 2021 was therefore the best year ever for the bull at a commercial level.

Let’s talk about a 13% increase in sales compared to 2020, the result of a targeted and controlled growth strategy. A record that is mainly due to a particular model: the Urus SUV placed a whopping 5,021 units with Huracàn in second place. The V10 model has in fact sold 2,586 units thanks to the brute force of the Huracàn STO (here is the Lamborghini Huracàn STO).

On the other hand, 798 Aventador V12s were delivered worldwide. We recall that Lamborghini’s 2021 also meant the presentation of three new models, the Huracàn STO precisely (Homologated Super Trofeo), the Aventador Ultimate and the Countach LPI 800-4 which paid homage to the original Countach on the occasion of the 50th anniversary.

The 2022 that has just begun has opened with equally optimistic prospects, thanks to an order book already able to cover almost all of the planned production for the year. We can’t wait to find out what sales volumes the bull brand will be able to achieve in the next 11 and a half months.
