For the first time, residents of the Philippines will be able to buy a smaller tablet.
The Realme Pad Mini has been featured several times, but it has had to wait until its first official release. According to the press releases of the BBK Electronics brand, the Realme Pad Mini will be the first to be launched in the Philippines. Exactly when, I don’t know, the promotional materials published only have that “Coming soon”.
The tablet will offer an 8.7-inch diameter display with a resolution of 1340 x 800 pixels. It is built by the manufacturer into a 7.6 millimeter thick aluminum housing, which they say is pocketable. The tablet weighs 372 grams, much of which is provided by the 6400 milliampere battery, which can be charged with 18 watts.
The Realme Pad Mini even sinks into the pockets of a larger pocket. (source: GSMArena) [+]

The storage is expandable, up to 1TB of microSD will be handled by the Unisoc T616 chip, which drives the Realme UI and tablet. In the field of cameras, a 5 megapixel sensor on the front panel and an 8 megapixel sensor on the back panel predicted earlier rumors. We don’t know about prices yet.
