A major update for the Google Home feed area is being rolled out. This gives Google Home a significantly improved feed.
Google Home update is rolling out!
The Google Home app used to collect events in the Events tab. Basically like a browser history. So far, the entries are very large, so you are forced to scroll a lot. Now the whole thing gets an update. The display has been significantly reduced and unnecessary details have been removed.
The new view is intended to summarize and group several events. The Google Home Feed update was announced a few weeks ago and is currently rolling out to all users. The update is interesting for those who operate many sensors and actuators. For example, I don’t have many events there, so it never really bothered me.
Nevertheless, it is always good to optimize software and also think about the users who use such a function.
